New Delhi: Mumbai City notched up their second win of the 2024-25 Indian Super League with a 4-2 win over Kerala Blasters in a home game on Sunday.

Mmbai striker Nikolaos Karelis scored a brace, tapping in from close range on the 9th minute and converting a penalty in the 55th.

Kerala fought back to make it 2-2 with Kwame Peprah earning a penalty that Jesus Jimenez put away to reduce the margin on 57 minutes after which Peprah dived to head home an Adrian Luna cross in the 71st minute.

But the match turned towards Mumbai after Peprah was sent off for taking off his shirt, receiving his second yellow card in the match.

But North East defended deep to register their third win of the season.
