New Delhi: A realtor in Noida is giving away free Lamborghinis to buyers of their luxury villas. The limited offer sparked a conversation on social media. Netizens wondered about its legitimacy and bluntly expressed their views. Some outrightly called it all a scam.
The extraordinary offer was put forward by Jaypee Greens, a leading real estate developer in the city. According to the offer, those buying villas worth Rs 26 crore or above will be gifted a free luxurious Lamborghini Urus which is worth around Rs 4 crore. The project provides various options to buyers with the availability of 3 BHK, 4 BHK, 5 BHK, and 6 BHK villas ranging from Rs 51 lac to Rs 30 crore. The project’s offer went viral on social media after realtor Gaurav Gupta posted about it. Gupta told netizens that Rs 26 crore was just the base price and buyers had to bear other additional costs such as Rs 7.5 lakhs for power backup, Rs 30 lakhs for designated parking, etc.
