Bengaluru: In a time when chain snatching incidents are frequently reported, some individuals set a positive example. An auto driver in Bengaluru went above and beyond by returning a gold chain to a passenger, after searching her home.
An auto driver named Girish found a gold chain in his auto after he drove a lady to her destination. When Girish didn’t find the lady in the destination area he went to the place where he picked her from. Girish inquired about the address of a lady from the residents of that area and finally found out her home.
Meanwhile, lady, named Chitra was worried and had no idea about where had she lost her chain. When Girish reached her home to return the chain, she was amazed to see his honesty. She made her video introducing him to people and posted on social media platform X. Interestingly, Chitra told in the video that she is the head of Taliru Foundation which trains autorickshaw driving to women.
Girish reached Chitra’s home after searching for it to return the gold chain he found in his auto. He had driven Chitra on the fare meter that day.
