The case will be heard by Justice Vijayasan Reddy after lunch on Monday. His lawyers will argue that police’s actions violate his rights in addition to being unfair.

On Sunday, the police issued a notice to Raj Pakala and asked him to appear before them at 11 am on Monday, October 28. The failure to attend questioning will lead to arrest under Section 35(3),(4),(5),(6) of BNS.

In an early morning raid on Sunday, Narsingi Police, SOT, and Excise officials targeted a farmhouse in Janwada under the jurisdiction of Mokila Police Station, on information of a rave party being held there.
