Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar hit out at former minister and BRS leader KT Rama Rao after receiving legal notices from the latter and said that he would reply with a notice of his own.
Taking to his account on X, Kumar said, “I saw in the media that former minister KTR sent me a legal notice. It’s sad to see them giving legal notices without the guts to face me politically. We are not scared of intimidation.
It was KTR who made personal accusations against me and insulted me. I responded. People know his legacy. We know what happened in the case of phone tapping and drugs and how those cases were watered down. Legal notices will be responded to with notices.”

KTR issued legal notices to Bandi Sanjay over his comments on drugs and phone tapping against him.
In his notice, the Siricilla MLA stated, “If Bandi Sanjay does not comply with the notice within 7 days, he will be constrained to legal action, including but not limited to civil, criminal proceedings, by exercising his rights and remedies available to him.”
