New Delhi: Dhanteras is the day which kickstarts the festivities of the Diwali season! It is the first day of the five-day festivities of Diwali. The day is dedicated to Lord Dhanvantari, the god of Ayurveda, and is associated with the worship of wealth and prosperity.
